(Redwood City, CA) Mark Church, Chief Elections Officer & Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder, announced today that six additional Vote Centers will open on Saturday, October 25, for the November 4, 2025 Statewide Special Election. These new locations in Burlingame, Daly City, Half Moon Bay, Pacifica, San Carlos, and South San Francisco will join the Vote Centers that have been operating since October 6 in Redwood City and San Mateo.
The currently open Vote Centers for the November 4, 2025 Statewide Special Election are located at:

Registration & Elections Division, 40 Tower Road
The additional Vote Centers opening on October 25, 2025 will be at:
- Burlingame
City Hall, Conference Room A, 501 Primrose Rd
- Daly City
Jefferson Union High School District Office, 123 Edgemont Drive - Half Moon Bay
Emergency Operations Center, 537 Kelly Avenue - Pacifica
Community Center, 540 Crespi Drive
- San Carlos
Library, Community Room, 610 Elm Street - South San Francisco

Hours of operation:
- Saturday, October 25 through Monday, November 3, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Daily)
- Tuesday, November 4 (Election Day), 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Voter information pamphlets and ballots are available in four languages: English, Spanish, Chinese, and Filipino. Voters may update their preferred language at any time by contacting the Registration & Elections Division.

Early Voting Period October 6 to November 3, 2025
San Mateo County began mailing Vote by Mail ballots to all registered voters on October 3, 2025 for the November 4, 2025 Statewide Special Election.
Two Vote Centers opened on October 6, 2025, with six more scheduled to open on October 25, 2025. An additional seven Vote Centers will open on November 1, 2025, bringing the total to 15 Vote Centers available throughout the county.
