Conditional voter registration allows voters to register and cast a provisional ballot after the close of registration deadline.

To determine the turnout for these contests, divide the times cast by Democratic: 245,886. American Independent: 12,355. Libertarian: 3,440 rather than 435,482.
Note for Statement of the Vote: The voter registration numbers for the partisan contests for President of the United States for the Democratic, American Independent and Libertarian parties shows the entire county voter registration rather than just the voters in those parties.
