Paperwork must be received by the close of business on March 9, 2018 (candidates filing at the Registration & Elections Division have until 5 p.m.; municipal candidates should check the hours of their City Clerk's office). No candidate whose Declaration of Candidacy has been filed for any primary election may withdraw as a candidate at that primary election.
