4-Day Vote Centers
Between these dates, for a minimum of eight hours per day (7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day), at least one Vote Center is provided for every 10,000 registered voters within the jurisdiction where the election is held, as determined on the 88th day before the election.  Any voter registered in the county may visit any Vote Center in order to receive voter services or vote.

State Election Certification
Last day for the Secretary of State to prepare, certify, and file a statement of the vote from the compiled elections returns for statewide offices, Assembly, State Senate, Congress, State Board of Equalization, Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and statewide measures.  The Secretary of State issues a certificate of election to each elected candidate.
